Statement regarding video/audio recording and photography at the 2006 UPA College Ultimate Championships. The UPA, as promoter, organizer and sponsor the 2006 UPA College Ultimate Championship has the exclusive right to control all photography, video and audio recordings of the event and the exclusive right to the publication, reproduction and distribution of such recordings. Please note that UPA has granted exclusive video recording rights for the 2006 College Ultimate Championships (including television, home video/DVD and internet/broadband) to College Sports Television. It is and always has been the UPA's policy that any individuals taking photographs or making audio or video recordings for commercial purposes at Events must obtain the UPA's prior written authorization. Anyone wishing to record the event, should complete the Recording Authorization Agreement and return to the Ryan John, UPA Director of Media and Communications in order to receive a media authorization credential for the event. Note: Family and friends may record events for personal use, but may not reproduce these recordings for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the UPA. Anyone recording the events, including those recording for a noncommercial purpose, may be asked to execute the Recording Authorization Agreement.
